2 bed/2 bath, Bay & College, Downtown Toronto

Hi, I am a 2nd-year TMU student looking for someone to share a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with at Bay & College. Move-in end of August/early September, lease can be 6 months or a full year — flexible either way. Available to view starting mid-August.

Building has a gym and pool, and it's a few minutes' walk to TTC and campus.
A bit about me: I play guitar, I am pretty easygoing, and I keep a fairly simple routine. I am looking for someone with a similar mindset.
Looking for someone who is:

Preferably TMU student (any year, any program)
Non-smoking, no substances in the apartment
Clean and tidy
Chill and respectful of shared space
Rent: $1500 per month. Utilities included. Spilt internet costs
