Share bathroom with other female roommate (rarely home). Includes laundry access, big kitchen. We have 1 hypoallergenic dog. Room has keyed lock - your privacy respected, come as go as you please. Tenant splits the cost of a background check - $12.50 non refundable. No lease term required, 30 day notice to move. Room is unfurnished. Room is larger than the master bedroom with enough for sitting area with one wall all built in bookcase, and is quiet and comfortable.
