The room measures 90sq feet, w/south facing windows. It comes with a built in closet, wall shelves and an additional closet outside the room if required.

- 2 block away from 3 train and 5 blocks away from 4 train. 40min subway ride to midtown Manhattan

- Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, BK Library and Grand Army plaza are 5min subway ride/30min walking distance

You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other housemates. We are laid-back creative people, support sustainability, recycling, and environmental causes. We are COVID conscious, and would like the incoming person to be the same. We have busy schedule, but we like company over, on occasion.
