Hello,

My name is Candace, I'm a 37yr old vaccinated easy going artist who is looking for a peaceful, clean, and responsible/respectful home space.

Right now I have a few jobs. I'm a budtender for Nectar, a property caretaker/cleaner, and I work for a gem shop Samora Minerals, part-time. I also do commission work as an artist. From body painting for shows to helping with friends video companies, I stay busy and happy.

My hobbies include art of course (sewing, painting, drawing, dancing), outdoor adventures of all kinds(From hiking, camping, learning how to surf, roller skating and riding my bike). I also enjoy nerding out in the kitchen, I love to cook.

My peevs...when people don't clean up after themselves, are not respectful with shared spaces and...slammed doors that wake me up at 7am. Hehe

I grew up in a large family and I've lived in 4 big communities of people in the past. I love it. I appreciate a good team of healthy communication and joy filled goals.
