One bed one bath basement apartment in a two story house. Only common space in the basement is a laundry room. Main floor had a living room kitchen and dining room. Backyard has a nice deck for entertaining or just enjoying some sun. Second floor is three bedrooms for me and my kids. Parking is off street and one parking space in the garage. There is a community pool and we’re close to restaurants, stores and entertainment.
