Hey!
My name is Ella and Here is some basic info for the room I am renting in my two bed, two bath apartment.
Rent is $1512 and so is the deposit.
We have an attached garage with tandem parking, fireplace, dishwasher, AC and heat, pets are ok (I currently do not have any but would be happy to change that), there is a washer and dryer in unit, and there’s even a little backyard area. You would have your own bathroom with a tub and your own balcony and would be welcome to bring any furniture/decorations you have to put around the house. My little brother stays for a day or two occasionally but he’s super nice and will totally stay out of your way. The building is quiet and all the neighbors are nice and stay to themselves. The lease is tenant’s choice, long term or month to month is fine. I’d be happy to send pictures too if you’d like!
The area is awesome. It's Culver City but just minutes away from Playa Del Rey and Marina Del Rey. There's movie theaters and places to eat/drink within walking distance.
I work and go to school a lot so I'm not home a ton but I'm relatively clean and quiet when I am home. However I'm always happy to have friends over and stuff if that's your preference!! The room is available Jan 31.
