I'm a semi-retired professional with a background in the fine art business. I own and live in a quiet, comfortable two-bedroom condominium in North Bergen, conveniently located near public transportation to Manhattan.
I work primarily from home and enjoy a relaxed, peaceful lifestyle. I consider myself friendly, respectful, easygoing, and considerate of other people's privacy and personal space.
I take pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming home. Although I enjoy friendly conversation and occasional social interaction, I also appreciate having my own space and respecting the independence of others.
Since I live alone and will be sharing my home with just one roommate, I'm hoping to find a mature, responsible, and considerate individual who appreciates a quiet living environment. A working professional who works primarily outside the home, or a graduate or doctoral student who attends classes and conducts their studies primarily on campus would be particularly welcome.
I'm especially interested in finding someone who plans to stay long-term, ideally for a year or more, rather than someone seeking temporary accommodations.
My goal is to create a comfortable and harmonious living arrangement where both of us feel at home, enjoy our privacy, and treat each other with mutual respect.
