ABOUT US:
You'll be living with 3 male roommates, in their 20s-30s. One works full time as a senior designer at a tech company; another is his boyfriend, a student at California College of the Arts who’s been sheltering in place with him since the SIP order was initiated in March. Both of them occupy the master bedroom with their dog who stays in their room most of the time. The last roommate is a freelancer who lives in the converted living room space. We're all friendly, easygoing and fun and we like to live with similar individuals.
ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for a clean, friendly and respectful roommate. We prefer a single-occupancy tenant who can stay at least 6 months until the lease ends on December 2020. We are happy to have guests over as long as we're notified ahead of time. We are pet-friendly as long as the apartment is quiet at night and the pet is kept clean and odor-free. If you plan on bringing a pet, we can plan an agreement with all the tenants and the leasing office.
