Alexa L F - $900/month

Hey friends!

My name is Alexa. I have lived in two apartments and been on my own for 3 years now. In other words I have good renters history despite being young! I try to keep busy as a nanny, and I work a full-time job the other 5 days of the week. I am a really fair roommate and hope you are too! I do cook a lot (a little perk for my past roomies lol), I am active, and I don't drugs or party often. I don't care what you're into as long as the motto is everything in moderation and maintaining respectful vibes in the home.

I am single, so my occasional overnight guests are my best girlfriends and a couple bottles of vino. Actually I have been single for too long now and should prob get on that now that it is 2018. lol. That being said I am not looking to share a home with a couple, (already done it, ya, just ya.)

My current lease ends in two weeks. I live and work in Dana Point, but am open to surrounding areas. A year ago I was hired by Delta, but I was unable to complete Flight Attendant training in Atlanta. This is something I am intending to complete this year, so my potential roommate would have the place to themselves for atleast 2 months!

My budget is around $900. I would like this to include utilities, but know there is wiggle room.
