West Adams Room For Rent-$700 a month

Hi everyone, we're looking to fill a private, unfurnished bedroom in our four bedroom apartment (upper floor of a duplex) located near Culver City, starting August 1. Rent is 700/mo and the lease is month-to-month. Utilities are split 4 ways. A security deposit is also $700.

You'll be living with two guys, and a girl (who has the master and her own bathroom) and a small dog Princess Leia (fully trained, doesn't bark). We're all in our late 20s/early 30s and you'll be sharing a bathroom with the two guys. There is also a designated parking spot for you.

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, our landlord is only accepting applicants with full-time employment and with a good credit score. This room is strictly for one person, no couples. Because rent is very low for the area, (we've lived here over 4 years) we always get a lot of interest, so please tell us what you are looking for in ideal roommates, what your deal breakers and pet peeves are and why you are moving.
