Available Room for Rent
West Adams Room For Rent-$700 a month
Hi everyone, we're looking to fill a private, unfurnished bedroom in our four bedroom apartment (upper floor of a duplex) located near Culver City, starting August 1. Rent is 700/mo and the lease is month-to-month. Utilities are split 4 ways. A security deposit is also $700.
You'll be living with two guys, and a girl (who has the master and her own bathroom) and a small dog Princess Leia (fully trained, doesn't bark). We're all in our late 20s/early 30s and you'll be sharing a bathroom with the two guys. There is also a designated parking spot for you.
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, our landlord is only accepting applicants with full-time employment and with a good credit score. This room is strictly for one person, no couples. Because rent is very low for the area, (we've lived here over 4 years) we always get a lot of interest, so please tell us what you are looking for in ideal roommates, what your deal breakers and pet peeves are and why you are moving. If we like what you wrote, we will schedule a virtual tour. And then an in person tour with the person we think will be the best fit.
