A/C, washer and dryer, private refrigerator, driveway parking, mini deck, newly installed hardwood floors, ceiling fan in room, free tv, free WiFi, EV charging, solar, furnished if needed!
We are both working professionals 33 and 21 and are rarely home
No dogs unless you can convince me they will be respectful of the property and tenants + pet rent , cats are ok. No drugs, no smoking, no weapons, limit 1 overnight guest per week
