I'm an artist so usually I'll be in my room drawing, painting (on a canvas, not on a wall lol) coloring. So I usually try to keep my room clean after I'm finished, regardless I keep a clean space to the best of my ability.
I tend to be very quiet, reading while listening to music, though I don't mind talking to anyone as your roommate
Whatever you're comfortable with as long as it communicated
I'm a first time renter so I'll do my best to pay what is owed
If needed I can grab groceries or whatnot (within budget of course)
I don't bring people over but if I do I'll let you know
