Walker H - $1,500/month

I am looking for someone to room with starting in August. I am 19 and will be a sophomore at the New School starting in the fall, I am transferring from community college in the city.

I’d hopefully like to live with someone who I share at least a few interests with so I will tell you a bit about myself:

I am organized and clean, love to listen to music, watch movies, I read a lot, love to cook, go out with friends for drinks and dinner. I also enjoy wine nights, playing cards, exploring the city, going to museums and art shows. I rollerblade and am pretty active a healthy eater, and fairly outgoing/ comfortable with strangers.

I would like to live in downtown nyc around the new school/ nyu area and I’d like to sign a year-long lease.
