Hello! Looking to rent a room out in my 3-2 house in the Tiermo subdivision. The room will be available September 1st and is the front room of the home. I'm asking $800/month and this covers yard maintenance, biweekly cleaning service, electricity, water, and internet. You will have access to the yard and the common areas, which are furnished, but the bedroom is not furnished.

I, 41f, live here with my almost 19yo. LGBTQIA friendly. We both work for a local charter school district and keep pretty tame hours. We have two cats and one dog who live here and I'd really prefer no more animals, but will consider on a case by case basis. You'd have street parking, directly in front of the house and there's a washer and dryer here as well.

The neighborhood is pretty new and calm, about 20 mins to anywhere in town except the west side. Very close to Tesla and 130. I'm open to any lease length. Background check and security deposit will be required.
