Hi! Im Mario and I'm 30 years old and brand new to the city,
after recently relocating for a new job. I'm a data analyst for an
advertising agency, and will be working at my office in Manhattan most days of the week.

I have a medium sized lab mix who I will bringing with me. He's very sweet and low energy; he loves to nap and cuddle.

I'm a fairly active person, so I am often out with my dog or running/playing sports. I'd of course love to be friends with anyone I am sharing housing with, but I also appreciate having my own time and space and am used to sharing common areas courteously, after living with roommates most of my adult life.

I'm happy to share any references requested in addition to the application requirements. I'm also already staying with friends in the city so happy to schedule an in person viewing or interview any time.
