Prospect Heights Room Near Prospect Park

My friend Matthew and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in our Prospect Heights apartment near beautiful Prospect Park.

We haven’t moved in yet. You’d be getting in on the lease with us. The living room is big and gets ample natural light, so it’d be lovely to have lots of plants and create a peaceful shared space to spend time together or host friends every so often.

We’re both 26. I’m originally from Paris and Matthew’s from Northern California. We've been friends for a couple of years. We like to hike, climb, and play volleyball together. We’re rather mellow, quiet in the evenings, and try to keep clean, cozy, and considerate of shared space. We enjoy cooking as well and are down to share groceries and whatnot.

* 10 min walk to subways (2345ACSQ). I work in SoHo and the commute is 25 min
* 15 minute walk to Prospect Park
* On a quiet street, Washington x Bergen

* Large modern kitchen
* Room dimensions: 10’8” by 7’2”. Closet and extra storage
* The building was renovated for us and the landlord is very responsive. Previous tenants lived there 12 years
* Ladder not included :/ that’s just the super’s who freshly painted the place
