NEWER Apartment Building that is walkable to Starbucks, Trader Joes, CVS and Carlo’s Bakery! This is a great, 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath NEWER, 3rd Floor apartment that’s in a very accessible area of Marlton, NJ. My youngest son is getting older and stays less frequently with me hence the availability of the 2nd Master Bedroom in the apartment. I really don’t want to move and I’ve exhausted my friend network of options so I’m seeking a roommate. I’m a 55 year-old straight male who likes Philly sports and would like someone else who enjoys sports too. I’m also right-leaning politically so I would not be interested in living with a woke-liberal type. I work mostly from home, but occasionally leave for meetings, etc.

The 2nd Master Bedroom measures ~12’x12’ and has a small adjoining hall (~6.5’x5.5’) to the on-suite bathroom. Utilities ($70/mo low-$180/mo peak) and Cable/Net (~$195/mo) would be split and I have the living and dining area already furnished so all you need is your bedroom furniture plus a potential desk area in the living room if you wish. We’d have to discuss how and if we split food at all because everyone’s tastes vary.

You would have to apply and pass the Landlord's screening and checks and then be added to the apartment lease. Message me for more details.
**The Gym is onsite and is pretty nice, but the pool is located at another nearby apartment complex, but we have full access to use it when open
