Christina C - $500/month

Hi everybody. My name is C.J. Im a 32 year old female that's currently looking for a room to rent that is relatively close to 16th St. and University. That is where my job is located, and I do not have a vehicle currently, so I need to Uber to take a bus to work. 

I can afford $400-$500 a month. But for cheaper rent, I'd be willing to do the cleaning. 

I would prefer female roommates. But not completely against male, depending if they are a creep or not. 

I work Monday thru Friday, between 6 and 7 a.m. til between 3 and 5 p.m. I sometimes get overtime, so my schedule fluctuates. I work at a construction and restoration company. 

No hard drugs, please. Alcohol and weed are fine. But, I'm not in the hardcore scene. I recently quit smoking cigarettes, but I do vape.

And would like to have over night guest on the weekends. My boyfriend and I can only spend the weekends together, due to our hectic, conflicting work schedules during the week. And his current living situation does not allow me to stay with him.
