Available Room for Rent

Roommate wanted

Hi,
I’m looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom ground floor unit, available on September 1st.

The unit is located 3 blocks from Commercial Drive. Close to the Skytrain and 1st: lots of public transportation around. But if you prefer biking, there’s a storage room too.

About the place:
This is an excellent space for a young professional! The place has everything:
- private washer and dryer
- Heater and cooling system
- Heated floors
- Lots of lighting
- Dishwasher
- I’m getting a microwave
- Storage room
- There is an outside area with a table if you want to chill in the sun.

What I’m looking for:
- A friendly person to share the space with and sporadically have dinner over wine
- Ideally, young professional that works full time or that has a steady income
- Must love cats (I have two girls)
- That is understanding and communicates well (if we have problems, let’s sit and talk 😉)
- Clean and organize in the common areas
- That helps with the household and respect each other’s boundaries
- Preferably someone that doesn’t work remote
- And that doesn’t have a pet (my cats are non-socialized)
I don’t care for gender (or non gender) as long as we click :)
- no smoking and no drugs
