A little about me is that I am 24 years old, working a full-time job in consulting on a hybrid schedule. I'm friendly, respectful of personal space, and quite tidy. In my free time, I like to try some new food spots or whip something up in the kitchen, read a book (knowing me, it's probably fantasy), or take walks/grab a drink when the weather is nice.
I am looking for a roommate who is easy to chat with, is down to try new things together, and likes to make their living space feel like a home. I do not have any pets, but I would not be opposed to living with someone who has a small one - I was raised with cats, so would love one myself.

My roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to join me in my apartment in Hell's Kitchen! Their room is quite spacious, with a built-in closet space and great views of uptown Manhattan.
Rent is approximately $3,200 a month, and open to discuss how we split. Water and gas are included, but we would equally split electric and wifi each month. The building has several washer/dryer options are on multiple floors, including a gym (which you would have to pay for if you wanted a membership). The spot is about 12 minutes (if you're slow walking) to ACE lines, as well.
I have lived in this location for the past two years, and really love the management and location. My hope is to renew with a new roommate, and the renewal date is June 1. Move-in would likely be in June or July, but it can be flexible - I would just have to coordinate with my building since they like to be in the loop (it's an income restricted unit).
