Recently separated (Jan. 1st). I don't smoke or drink. I clean up after myself. Like to be neat and smell good. I work out often. I don't like pest (mice or bugs, etc.) I work 40+ hrs a week. Spend most of my time in my room. I don't like animals. I wash my own dishes to guarantee I don't get sick. I cook my own food, vegan. I take serious care of my health. Looking for a room for 2-4 months. While I save money for my own place, furniture and a car. I make enough money to pay on time. Already have enough to pay up to 4 months rent. But only willing to pay one month at a time.
