$750 Room with Queen Mattress and Frame

I have a place located in the Austell area that's a 2 bed and 2 1/2 bathroom. My roommate ended up moving out of the country for a job opportunity so I'm looking for a roommate for a short stint in order to get my finances back to eventually afford the place by myself. We can negotiate how many months you would like to stay but in the meantime there would already be a queen mattress and frame for you to use in your room. You will have your own deep tub/ shower with a walk in closet.

Since I'm looking for a short team lease, I think it would be fair to split the rent of $1,500 only. All I would ask is for $750 and I will handle all utilities myself and all household items can be shared but I would ask you to be considerate of personal items (laundry detergent, food etc.)
