My roommate James and I are older, professional men looking for a third roommate. I work at an Art College in the city and am also a gig musician (singer/pianist). We are both very relaxed and easy-going. I am currently working part time from home; James is working fulltime from home. We have lived together in this apartment for 3 years. If you want a place to sleep, clean up and eat or if you want a place to be home, we can accept either. We are alcohol, herb, and LGBTQ+ friendly. My dog is a very loving and sweet mix. James and I are pretty low-stress and would like to have that in a roommate.
