Hi! My name is Ashley and I’m very interested in your room listing. I’m 26 and work full-time as an assistant hairstylist in SoHo, and I serve part-time on weekends.

I’m looking for an unfurnished room with a March 1st–April 1st move-in and would love something long-term (minimum one year).

I’m clean, respectful, and communicative. I appreciate a friendly home environment but also respect everyone’s privacy and schedules. I’m pretty busy with work, so I’m usually out during the day and like to come home to a peaceful, comfortable space. I have a cat allergy, so I’m ideally looking for a home without cats.

I’m responsible with rent and bills and can provide references if needed.
