I'm a Senior Citizen possibly seeking a roommate by July 2026.
I'm a bit squeamish with having a male as a roommate, and prefer any woman of any age. I'm in a committed relationship for many years, and spend my weekends at my girlfriend's home. My bedroom is on the first floor, and the available bedroom room is on the second floor, next to your private bathroom. There's a Washer and Dryer in the basement.
The only drawback is we would have to share the kitchen, but I don't cook, I buy prepared meals. The home is two blocks in either direction to Express buses to downtown and midtown Manhattan. There are also local buses to the Ferry, and to Brooklyn. The room won't be available until next summer.
