Looking for a female roommate for 1 bedroom in our 2 bedroom apartment. I am looking for someone who is neat, clean and respectful.
The apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom that is for rent. The building has a 24 hour doorman and elevator and is located 2 blocks from the F Train, 2nd Ave Stop.
Included in the rent is all utilities ( internet, heat/A/C, water and cleaning lady).
I would prefer someone who does not work from home.
