’m laid back, clean and looking for someone that’s needing something short term. I have a futon and dresser in room but I can move that out. GREAT location in Hendersonville and walkable to have a cocktail, dining, parks, shopping, etc. I will be spending a lot of time in Florida trying to build a business so you’ll have the place to yourself a lot. Room is used as a storage room right now but I can clear it out once it’s rented.
