Hi! I’m Nicole, and I'm looking for a roommate to move in with on the Upper West Side :)

I am a singer/performer so most of what I do is on UWS or midtown west. That also means that I need to live with someone who doesn't mind me practicing during the day! I hope to find a place with a lot of natural light, large bedroom and great closet space.

I like having people over (I sometimes have friends in from out of town who sleep over, etc) and occasionally like to host small gatherings, so it would be fun to room with someone who likes meeting new people :) Would love to be good friends/have a connection, but always down to give each other space as well.

I like to keep common spaces clean although I can be somewhat messy in my own space. I don't mind sharing things like appliances, condiments, spices, etc. I appreciate gentle communication, respect and honesty. Happy to go for coffee and see if we would be a good fit :)
