* Bathroom includes both a shower and a separate bathtub
* Laundry room in the basement
* Building gym available for $75/month
* Utilities peaked in July at $55 per person. in the Fall-Spring, they were around $30 per person.

Location

Located at 141 E 56th Street, the apartment is a short walk from the 4, 5, 6, N, R, W, E, M, and F subway lines, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood also has plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and gyms within a few blocks.

About Me

I'm a working professional and am in the office most days. I work about 8 minutes away and work from home less than once a week. I typically work long hours and am usually not home until after 7 PM on weekdays.
