TWO rooms in Bushwick!

Hi everyone! I have two rooms available in my apt. I’m looking for two women (professional preferred/ grad students) to fill rooms I have in a Bushwick 3bd2ba apartment. You are sharing a bathroom.

It is a modern, elevator building with a gym, laundry room, lounge/game room, and ROOFTOP! This is for an OCTOBER 1 move but ***need applicant to apply and be approved by end of the month (August). ***

PERKS:
* It is located less than a mile from many different train stations -Koscuizko and Gates J, Central Ave, Knickerbocker, and Myrtle M.
*Tons of grocery shops, clothing stores, etc within a 5-15 min walk in any direction.
*25 MINS to Manhattan. I use the J train as early as 8am and it has never taken me more than 30 mins MAX!
*The apartment is small, but cozy. Rooms are 10x10 and comfortably fit a full size bed, a dresser, and other small pieces of furniture. One room has a closet and the other does not, and is reflected in the prices of $1150 and $1225.
*There’s a wraparound balcony for when you’re not feeling the rooftop.
