House near park, shopping, restaurants. and the 5 freeway. I have a dog, so must like dogs. I'm renting a bedroom and bathroom. Looking for a roommate that works full time, cleans up after themselves, and that will help with cleaning the common areas and taking out the trash/recyclables to the bins and curb on trash day. I'm a professional that works full time. I clean up after myself, and want someone that is the same way. My house is smokefree, so only a non-smoking roommate. I prefer someone that has the same type of work schedule as me, so that it's quiet for sleep at night.
