Hello there! I am looking to rent out my spare bedroom in my three bedroom one bathroom house (yes, it is a shared bathroom, but I keep my living & bathroom clean!).
My house is located in Emerson Heights on a quiet street that's a fifteen minute walk from Ellenberger Park. There is a nice shed and basement for some additional storage.
I do have a cat and a dog and they are good with other pets (pet introductions are a must to make sure they can live well together).
I am looking for someone who is tidy, easy to get along with, and LGBTQ+ friendly! I do have friends over occasionally, but they are very easy to be around as well!

The room that I'm looking to rent is a 11x11 room with a closet and a shared bathroom. There is a third bedroom that I don't utilize often, that can be used as an office when needed! The living room, kitchen & dining room has furniture, etc.. Everything but the room I'm renting out is furnished!
