I’m looking for a lease takeover for my room with private bath in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment at 77 H Street, from April to December 2025 (9 months). Can renew lease. Rent is $1,609 per month utilities are apx. $100/ month per person (wifi, trash, electricity, water, sewage). Parking garage is available for additional $200/month. Not a sublet, you will be added to the lease.
