There’s a very large bright bedroom with a bay window that is 11’ x 15’ and a bright little office room (8x9) available for one person on the second floor. My bedroom is on the 3rd floor and my office is on the second floor. (See the map of the apartment in the picture) Soon the front porch will be cleared for you to use as well.

We will share the bathroom and the kitchen. I’m a bit of an an introvert, though I appreciate conversations in the kitchen.. Two gentle cats live here too.

You are easy going, pretty quiet, a good communicator. You don’t mind doing half the cleaning of the common areas and approach such things with a generous spirit.

Wifi and all utilities are included.
