We're looking for a new roommate (female only in their 20'-30's) for our two-story house located in North Redondo Beach. Only 2 people live here, with you will be 3.

Available now or by October 1st.

We’re very respectful, clean, and mindful of each other’s space and peace, and we just ask for the same in return. Home is our safe and peaceful place, so we prefer people who don’t bring the party home and who help maintain a clean and harmonious environment.

🌟 This is a month-to-month private room with a spacious walk-in closet.
You would have a shared bathroom with a clean roommate, but with your own personal sink and storage space. Includes your own parking spot inside of a closed garage.

💸 RENT:
$1330 plus split utilities. Electricity appr. 40- $50 mo. and Wi-Fi $30 mo.
Water and trash is covered.

🏡THE HOUSE:
A beautiful high ceiling house that features modern appliances: electric stove, dishwasher, in-house washer and dryer, and heating. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, ample pantry space, spacious living room, dining room, laundry room, and outdoor courtyard with seating and lighting. Spacious garage storage. Half bathroom downstairs.

📝 LEASE TERMS:
Month-to-month basis, but preferable, we would like someone who's planning to stay long-term. Credit and background check is required throught the property management.
