Clean respectful and is respectful of others belongings im not into loud music there's on street parking only. I'm retired, i live with my 16 year old daughter and my neice and her husband we have two little dogs i keep my house clean. You have use of the washer and dryer also use of the backyard when not in use i have cameras throughout my house because my son installs them in holmes. So I got them free. Room for Rent:
I have a room available for $750 a month, with all utilities included. The rental comes with backyard access, cable, shared bathroom, kitchen use, and laundry use. The room can be furnished or unfurnished—please let me know in advance if you want it furnished. No pets allowed, and a senior renter is preferred. The home has four people (three adults and one teenager) and two small dogs. The room will be available starting April 15th.
