Hello! I am a professional female in my 30s looking for a roommate (female, early 30s to early 40s) to move into the spare bedroom in my apartment on the UWS. Room available is cozy and private and is available beginning December 15. The room does not have a closet, but it includes a nearly new very spacious dresser. Ideal candidate is someone who does not bring the party home and does not have frequent overnight guests.

The apartment itself is quiet, at the back of the building, and includes a separate kitchen and living room. Neighborhood is walking distance to subway (1, 2, 3, C, B), Museum of Natural History, restaurants, grocery stores, and laundromats, and is situated between Central Park and Riverside Park. Utilities (Con Ed/Spectrum) are not included in rent total.
