Room Available for 3 months.

Room description:
The room is furnished with a marble–top desk, a small couch, a closet, a TV, and AC. The room has a loft bed but does not have a mattress, it also has plenty of space to accommodate your own full–sized bed if you prefer.
Rent is due every 1st and it’s $1130. Utilities are not included. Small dogs are ok.

Apartment description:
The apartment is located on a 5 floor walk-up 2 blocks away from Union Square (16th Street and 3rd Avenue). Wood floors, brick walls, 14 feet high wood ceilings. Living room with huge TV and comfy couch. The guitars are real, but we don’t play them. It has a great kitchen to cook in with a massive farmhouse sink and marble counters. We also have fast internet set up.
