My current roommate is finishing her degree and moving out in December so the room is available starting January 1st 2020. The building is walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, shops etc. and 15 minutes to Brickell or the Grove. The unit is a corner unit overlooking miracle mile and the pool. It has updated appliances, hardwood floors, granite countertops, in-unit laundry and 10 ft ceilings. There is 24 hour security, mail room, gym, pool, and parking garage. You will have a private bedroom and private bathroom. The apartment is completely furnished and we can discuss the option of having the bedroom furnished too (you may be able to buy the furniture from my current roommate)

About me: Im a young 20s female, and work in sales for a magazine. It's a 9-5 job and I typically go to Hot Yoga after work anyways so am not home that much weekdays. I don't smoke and go out 1-2 nights a week on average, so i'm not a big partier, but I do enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day. I am ideally looking for someone to be a friend while also a roommate.
