My name is Elin and I am 34 years old and I am the one you will share this cute apt with:) I am originally from Sweden but have lived in LA for 8 years now. I am very kind, respectful and clean and I am looking for the same in a roommate. You will rent the private room and I have converted a small part of the living room into a little den for me. We share kitchen, bathroom and dining area. I am looking for a long-term renter, who is kind and respectful and that is looking to find a peaceful place where you can study or recharge for work.
Prefer if you have a Mon-Fri schedule and start around 7-8 am too, but not a must. The building requires that you sign onto the lease with me, this is because of insurance purposes. Of course you can at any time sign off of the lease, with a 30 day notice.
