I'm Sarai, I'm originally from NYC. My friends would describe me as easy-going, sarcastic, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time catching up on shows, movies, watching new animes, and spending time with my dog (who I will be bringing with me)

I'm in social services and I work pretty odd hours 9 am-9 am schedule (including classes) during the weekday and 9 am - 3 pm on weekends. I'm currently working from home so during those hours you will not catch sight of me. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 12am and up by 7 am.

I'm down to get to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together and cook/bake together. Ideally, I would like to share the responsibility of cooking but I understand that that may not be best for some people. However, if you're not open to the idea of sharing a meal together every once in a while, we're probably not a good fit.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. active communication when living together is best, I hope that we can talk things out and compromise or find a solution.

My monthly budget is $1200, and I'm looking to move in sometime during April. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, the house would have a yard or at least a porch. If the bedrooms are sized differently enough to justify different prices, I'm happy staying in the larger or smaller room.

I am taking Covid-19 very seriously. I only go out for the essentials, I always wear a mask when leaving the house, and I carry around a hand sanitizer. I would prefer to live with someone who cares about the safety and well-being of others. Someone who's open-minded, lgbtq+, BML friendly is definitely someone I prefer to live with!

Here are some quirks and relevant information: I usually like to unwind at night with some music, typically on the loud side (as long as no one is sleeping or working). I am a plant lover, I have over 20+ plants that I will be bringing with me. My pet peeve is when I'm working from home and get interrupted.
