Hi! My name is Meredith and I am a current senior at Drexel University studying music industry & audio engineering. Me and my roommate Natalie are looking for someone to move into our 3bd 2 bath apartment in the Powelton neighborhood of West Philadelphia! We are both students at Drexel who work full time outside of school, Natalie is a second grade art teacher and I am a server & live sound engineer at a local venue in the area. The two of us are very close friends and strive to have a conflict free living environment, between work and school, we will probably be out of your hair for most of the time, but we are happy to be friends if you are comfortable with that! As for our general living styles, we are both artists/musicians and enjoy having the ability to play music at home (during reasonable hours) and would be excited to live with other artistic individuals! LGBTQ+ friendly. We are not big on parties, but are totally cool with having friends over as long as communication is considered!

Room for Rent 1 Year Lease in 3BD 2bath Townhouse
My roommate Natalie and I are looking for someone to move into the third bedroom in our 3bd 2bath apartment in the Powelton neighborhood of West Philadelphia! Our current third roommate is moving out when our lease renews on September 1st, so we are looking for someone to sign the lease by the end of the month. Monthly rent is $665 per person, and you would need to put down a security deposit & last month's rent to our Landlord prior to move in. The apartment features high ceilings, in unit washer/dryer, a dishwasher/garbage disposal, living area, full kitchen, and your bedroom would be directly next to the second floor bathroom which is shared with Natalie. The upstairs bathroom has a double vanity and is very spacious. We are both very clean roommates, but don't mind typical clutter that happens during a busy work week, (we won't stress you out about cleaning, but we like to keep a clean home). There is a gated patio outside that is shared with the downstairs unit, it features a fire pit and a swinging chair. There is room for bike storage outside as well!
