hello!! I'm staring my phd at nyu tandon, and am planning to move sometime in early-mid August. I'm looking for a place that's within a 30 min commute from downtown brooklyn. I'd love to be friends with my roommates, but also super down to just doing our own things. I'm clean, pretty low-key, and usually work/study outside of my living space.
