We are a french couple (in their early 30s) looking for a friendly and respectful roommate in a townhouse (a 2 bed / 2.5 bath, 1800 sqft is the whole house). You will have your private bedroom (furnished or not, your choice to be negotiated with our previous roommate) with private bathroom, a private balcony and your own parking spot in the garage. Common space will be kitchen, living/dining room and balcony. You will also have access to a swimming pool and tennis courts. We both work during the week and sometimes we go out on weekends. We are looking for someone who cleans up after herself/himself (dishes, light housekeeping). Non smoker, no pets allowed, no drugs :)
