My name is Felipe Wagner, I'm 21 years old and studying at UBC. I'm about to start my last year at the university and I need a place somewhat close to the university to live. I love practicing almost any sport, watching movies and playing video games. My time at home is usually dedicated to studying, cooking, and doing my own stuff. I consider myself to be quite clean and organized, and I have lived with roommates for the past three years of my life, so that will not be a problem.
