Hey there!

I’m still looking to sublet my room! Short term housing is available! (3-6 months would be GREAT, but message me anyway if you have a different situation)

$950 includes utilities (internet/gas/electric)

I have a huge master bedroom with a full bathroom! Bed/desk and side table are available if needed!

I live close to Lincoln square (12 minute walk to western brown line stop! Bus 49 is right outside as well as the 92! Andersonville is super close! Safe neighborhood, quiet neighbors, Tony’s supermarket is within walking distance. The apartment is super boho/artsy vibe. Huge basement that I’ve used for workshops/creating art/filming etc. Huge and stocked kitchen, cute deck, way too many storage closets. We have a washer and dryer IN UNIT! No coins necessary. I know right?

I live with two women, one is a professional streamer that you’ll rarely see and the other is an awesome comedy producer with a busy night life. Both are clean and respectful! I will be back in town every 5-6 weeks to work out of the basement but will not need my room!
No smoking inside (includes 420), no pets, and we prefer a woman, or gay man to fill the space.

I have lived here for five years and really love the space. It’s cozy and homey and I know you’ll love it.
