Hey there! I have a 2 bedroom apartment and am looking for a roommate to split the rent with. Originally my friends were going to move in with me but they bailed, so guess I'm here.

The area is pretty nice, with a Safeway across the street that I walk to for groceries. There is reserved parking spots as well as some open ones in case you would want anyone to visit.

There is a bathroom connected to the room for rent that only guests and you would use, so for the most part it is your own private bathroom.

I'm a pretty chill guy, but mostly keep to myself, so don't be surprised if you don't see me much as I mostly hang out online with friends at my computer.

Utilities would be split 50/50 and probably would come out to each paying around 150$ a month (gas, electricity, trash, water, and internet) with the electricity bill being the biggest portion.

There is some random stuff in the room right now, but it would all be cleared out for ya.
