This posting is for a bedroom in a newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment. New washer and dryer in unit (you read that right!), a dishwasher, hardwood floors, granite countertops, all new appliances, a small (fourteen pound), friendly poodle mix named Lucy, and one block from the J and Z trains! The B38 bus stop is on the same block and there are some good restaurants and bars nearby. The space is quiet and clean and we like to keep it that way!

This listing is for the smaller room in the apartment. It's cozy+comfy, and the roommate who is moving out has lived here for almost two years. He took the photos of his room -- I'll be taking my own and updating soon. Room is big enough for a queen bed (tight fit) - he has a queen loft bed. Hot water and heat included in rent.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Deposit of $1000 and first month's rent are required upon move-in. Deposit will be returned unless there is damage done to the apartment. Must have 30 days' notice for move-out. Must be nice to the dog. Simple!
