Hi All,

My name is Talor and I own a house in the Elyria-Swansea neighborhood and I’m looking for a roommate. Guys or girls welcome 😌

I have a bedroom and personal bathroom available with shared spaces (Kitchen, dining room, living room, game room). The rent would be $1,000 per month with utilities and wifi provided. We would do 3 or 6 month leases with renewal every 3 or 6 months if it’s a good fit ☺️

I am in my early twenties and have a dog named Mollie and a puppy named Oliver. Mollie, Oliver and I are calm at home but love to go out and explore the state. I love to ski, workout, spend time with my friends, and hang out around the house 🤗 Mollie is a very well behaved dog but is not a huge fan of other dogs other than Oliver. Oliver is potty trained and a ball of joy.

I work a standard M-F schedule and I am home most of the time after work and the gym. The dogs and I are open to having people over occasionally for gatherings. We are looking for a young working professional with a steady income. Someone that is calm, clean, and a respectful person that can vibe🤙🏻

The location of the house is about 8-10 minutes from downtown with no traffic. With traffic it’s about 15 minutes ($12 Uber rides downtown). The house has plenty of parking, storage, and a big backyard!
