Hi everyone! I’m looking for a female roommate to sign a lease with me for a spacious 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Downtown Houston.

My current roommate is relocating for work, so I’m looking for someone to join me on the new lease starting in October.

✨ Available: Early October (lease renewal)
📍 Location: Downtown Houston – conveniently located near major business districts, restaurants, entertainment, and with easy access to Houston’s major highways.
🏠 Apartment: 2 bed / 2 bath (each person has their own private bedroom and bathroom)
💰 Rent: Approximately $900/month per person
⚡ Utilities: Electricity and Wi-Fi will be split 50/50
🚗 Parking: Free on-site parking included

*** Shared spaces are furnished.

A little about me:
I’m a young working professional in my mid-twenties who works downtown on a hybrid schedule. I enjoy keeping my home clean, peaceful, and organized, and I’m looking for someone who values the same. Since I work remotely at times, I appreciate a quiet environment during the day and open, respectful communication.

I’m looking for someone who is:
• Female
• Employed or graduate/phd student with stable income
• Clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Relatively quiet, especially during work hours
• Responsible and communicative
• Looking for a long-term living arrangement

Please note:
• No pets
• No smoking or vaping
• This is not a sublease. We will both be signing the lease together.
• The apartment community requires applicants to complete background, credit, and income verification as part of the leasing process.
• There is a $250 application fee payable directly to the leasing office.
